The duo has broken up their love relationship especially after the ugly fight that broke out between them. Well, in the said tape, the voice of Tonto cursing out her ex-husband Churchill and his family can be heard in the background. A few days later, Tonto released some notes to disperse the words in the audiotape. In a post that she made, she said:

See What Nollywood Actress – Tonto Dike Did To Her Ex-Boyfriend
Well, few hours after she made the above post, news about her next action against her ex-boyfriend, littered the internet. A lawsuit titled – ‘Blackmail, Extortion and Obtaining By False Pretences’ was issued to Prince Kpokpogri by Tonto Dike’s Attorney. In a summary of the said lawsuit, it was stated that Prince planted CCTV cameras to record Tonto, and he also went ahead to blackmail and try to extort a huge amount of money from her. Furthermore, the lawsuit also stated that Prince owed Tonto the sum of N2million which he has refused to pay back. The lawsuit ended with a note that Prince should be investigated and that Justice will run its full course. Below is a screenshot of the said lawsuit:
